Government Grants for insulating ALL homes

All homes whether owned or rented are subject to the Government’s grant scheme. The level of grant is dependent on the following factors:

  • Whether the owner or tenant are in receipt of a qualifying benefit, allowance or tax credit. If so, a 100% grant is available

Why insulate your house now?

  • Only houses built or insulated in the last two years are likely to reach the current insulation requirements
  • Most homes built since 1935 are likely to have a cavity-built wall. If this is not filled you will be losing 35% of heat through the walls
  • Current requirements state that loft insulation should be 11” (270mm) of quilt
  • Anything less that 11” (270mm) of insulation, and you will be losing up to 25% of heat through the roof. Costing you MONEY!
  • You will use less fuel, but still be warmer
  • Grants are available NOW, BUT NOT FOREVER!
  • You will be entitled to a grant of up to 100%. This enables a professional yet cheap cavity wall insulation / loft insulation job to be undertaken at low cost
  • If you do not qualify for a full grant, whatever you do pay it will only be a fraction of the real cost of professional installation
  • FREE no obligation home insulation survey. A qualified technician will survey your property and advise you of the exact requirements needed and grants available to you
  • No paperwork. We take care of the grant application process
  • No hassle/no mess. Our technical teams will bring with them everything required to the professional standards required by you and the industry. Most lofts can be fully insulated in 2 hours. Our technicians will clean up any mess before leaving your home
  • And if that wasn’t enough, fully insulating your home is better for the environment. Insulating your home helps Government to reach targets set for reducing domestic fuel emissions. (Click here for more information on reduction of Domestic fuel emissions)
