Luxury loft ladder - 3 sections with handrail - £170 (plus VAT) including fitting

Economy loft ladder
This popular model is the perfect economy choice - ideal for occasional use, it comes with comfortable 50mm wide treads
and rubber feet for extra stability. It also has an operating pole and the work includes conversion to a down swinging trap door.
This ladder is suitable for:
- Floor to floor height up to: 2.6 metres
- Minimum hatch size: 406mm wide x 457mm deep
- Maximum safe load: 100kg (15.7 stones)

Luxury loft ladder - 3 sections with handrail
Reach heights safely with this 3 way section loft ladder made from lightweight aluminium and with an extra long handrail
for safe climbing.
This ladder stretches up to 3 metres in height so it should suit most domestic needs.
The ladder also features wide, comfortable 50mm treads and a pivot arm to provide smooth gliding operation.
This is ideal for frequent use and work includes the conversion to a down swinging trap door.
This ladder is suitable for:
- Floor to floor heights: from 2.3 metres to 3.0 metres
- Minimum hatch size: 432mm wide x 508mm deep
- Maximum safe load: 100kg (15.7 stones)
- Vertical clearance above hatch: 750mm
- Horizontal clearance behind loft hatch 1050mm
